How a personal website helps a realtor build trust and get clients online
The client is a Colorado licensed Realtor in the residential real estate market. Primary focus is to support home buying and selling transactions, counseling buyers, conducting marketing of properties, and handling their own listings. Target audience includes locals, families, investors, and those relocating to the region.
Before developing the site, we prioritized the tasks on which the entire project was to be built:
- Create a personal website that reflects the realtor's expertise and personal style
- Present current real estate listings, sold and available
- Introduce a “Blog” section - for regular SEO content and increased credibility
- Add a block with reviews pulled in from external platforms (Google, Zillow, etc).
- Emphasize the reputational component - show professionalism and performance
- Ensure mobile adaptability, easy navigation and fast loading pages
- Connect CRM-system to automate processing of requests from the site
The project was implemented with a focus on the Western audience and the specifics of the US real estate market. We focused on reputation and user-friendliness.

The terms depend on the complexity: a single page can be made in a week, more complex corporate solutions — from a month and longer.
Depends on functionality, design, scope of work and individual requirements. The more complex the project, the higher the price.
We develop different types: lendings, corporate sites, online stores, portals and others.
